Welcome to Fourth Grade!  I am your Writing and Science teacher.  I am really excited about this year and all the great things we will explore and learn in class.

I am a 2002 graduate from Stephen F Austin State University in Nacogdoches.  I earned my degree in Animal Science and later received my teaching certificate.  Before becoming a teacher, I worked in The Woodlands as a Research Associate in Immunology at Lexicon Pharmaceuticals.

I have two boys, Eli and Aiden.  Eli is a Second Grader this year and Aiden is in First Grade.  Mr. Moffitt works in Houston as the Vice President of Estimating for Brookstone General Contractors.  We have two cats and a dog.  We feed many other critters on our property, but cannot claim them as “ours”.  Although, you will hear me tell many stories this year about them!

When I am not teaching or planning awesome things for us at school, I am enjoying reading, being pool-side, camping, or spending time with family and friends.

I am truly blessed to be a part of the Stewart Team and look forward to an exceptional year with your child.
