Transfer Applications

  • If you live in the Conroe ISD boundaries and have already moved to another location within Conroe ISD, you do not need to complete the transfer application below. Please update your address in the Family Portal and contact the campus registrar at the school your child will be attending with proof of residency.

  • If you live in the Conroe ISD boundaries and are planning to move to another address in Conroe ISD within 90 days of enrollment, please fill out the Intradistrict Transfer application below.

  • If you live outside of the Conroe ISD boundaries and plan to move to a new location that is zoned to Conroe ISD within 90 days of enrollment, please fill out the Interdistrict Transfer application below.

  • Registration cannot be completed until you receive an email stating the transfer is approved.
